Edit 2/29/24: The mobile app is good, but Android Auto interface still needs work. It doesn't show all my music under the Albums tab, which is what I tend to use the most. I have to go to the Folders tab to find certain albums. Not sure why. Simple, clean app for playing local music with intuitive UI. Needs a better interface for Android Auto as it doesn't have some of the same features there as it does on the phone. I'd rate it higher but for that.

Great music player! Been using it for quite some years now. I agree with other users that the icons on the top don't overlap very nicely with the album art. Moving the album art below the icons row and moving the "Play Queue" button a little below so it doesn't overlap with the album art would make the UI look cleaner. Also, smart playlists would make Omnia absolutely perfect.

Long time Pulsar+ user, loved its balance of functionality and simplicity, and its digital ergonomics (GUI, navigation). My understanding is that this is largely the same, but with some under-the-hood improvements.. that sounds great to me. Name and logo are more interesting, too. My primary complaint also applies to Pulsar: the buttons at the top of the now-playing view are hard to see with bright album art--a gradient at the top of the screen would solve this.
