Took them 2 weeks to get back to me for renewing a prescription that I've been using for years. The doctor during the call then promised to renew my prescription, yet completely failed to do so. There's no way to give any kind of feedback that something went wrong, my only option is to start the process again. Entire features on the app itself turn on/off at arbitrary times. One moment you can chat, the other you can't. One moment you can send messages, other time you can only book video calls.

Tried to set up multiple appointments with this app. Every time the application either had a black screen or the audio wouldn't function, and then the call would drop. Not being able to send a quick message to the doctor after the appointment time is frustrating . As of right now if there are any complications with the application you simply lose the appointment, and can't communicate about your problem.

From Norway. I have a bitter experience. I have got a problem in eye recently. The lady could not find the reason and gave steroid. It worsened the situation. So I took a follow up session and requested for a specialist. She denied. So, what can be the solution when she can't find the solution and won't refer a specialist? She was very impatient also. Then my insurance is useless
