FORWARD MEDIA WITH A CAPTION

In the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.23.15 update, we shared news about a new feature available to some beta testers: the ability to forward media with a caption. Thanks to this feature, you can still keep the caption of your images, videos, GIFs, and documents during the forwarding process.
While this feature should be available to all beta testers, WhatsApp is also introducing an alert to inform users about this feature:

As shown in this screenshot, the alert shows up when an image, video, GIF, or document with a caption is forwarded. As additional info, WhatsApp wants to ensure that you are aware of this new feature by offering you the ability to remove the caption from the media before forwarding it. In our opinion, this is very important as it allows users to maintain control over the messages they send.

WhatsApp is introducing an alert that informs users about the ability to forward images, videos, GIFs, and documents, with captions: it is rolling out to people that install the latest update of the app today.
