NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition

The first photos of the upcoming NVIDIA Ampere graphics cards are here. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is based on GA104-200 GPU, the second variant of this graphics processor so far. This SKU will be paired with 8GB of GDDR6 14 Gbps memory across a 256-bit memory bus. That said, the model will have the exact same memory configuration as the RTX 3070.

The RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition features an identical cooler design to the RTX 3070 Founders. There is, however, a small difference in the color, as the 3060 Ti is a bit more silver. The card features the same single 12-pin power cable located in the most inconvenient place possible (in the center). Do note, that the 3060 Ti Founders Edition comes with the adapter.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will feature 4864 CUDA cores with 152 Tensor cores and 38 RT cores. NVIDIA officially claims that this graphics card will be faster than GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, the last-gen, full-fat TU104 model that launched at 699 USD. The RTX 3060 Ti, on the other hand, is expected to cost 399 USD. NVIDIA will launch this SKU on December 2nd.
