About this app

eufy Clean - Live Well. Live Smart. Control your Eufy smart home devices from anywhere.

You can also share Eufy smart home devices with family members, so everyone can set their own personal preferences for each device.

How to use eufy Clean:

- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)

- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.

- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, I have to completely re-set up my verge. From factory setting. Every 5 to 8 weeks. Just poof! it's gone And randomly the manual controls (which I have to use to get it out from under certain furniture occasionally) just stop. The prompt comes up, I click yes try to steer, the prompt comes back up... I click yes and try to steer... repeat. And pulling her out by hand is NOT an easy task.

Well, this worked great for about 6 months. Then it started dropping off my network. There is nothing wrong with my setup, signal, signal type, or network. Yet I have to physically remove the battery on my Eufy l35 to get the app to even connect. I'm starting to regret the amount of money I spent on this. Every reset causes a complete map wipe. This happens about 2 to 3 times a month.

I know y'all have the maping setup but make it we're it's map the whole house and keeps it saved in memory on the app and if it gets a new area in the house that it adds it to what's already been mapped out in the house and another thing that would be nice to is make it we're we can self map the area we want cleaned. These 2 options would be perfect for the app.
