Picture colors are not vibrant. I have high speed Internet. Firmware update seems to hang. I have tried several times to install firmware updates and after 40 minutes of " installing firmware", the notice in the app, I think its just not installing. There is no blue bar that tells me. Exactly what version is supposed to be running and how long does it normally take to update the firmware for the Sproket Studio Plus? My wifi router is in the same room only feet away.

The printer itself works fine. I haven't had issues with it being unresponsive or rejecting paper. However, the images are printed in terrible quality. I use genuine paper from the brand, specifically designed for the sprocket but the print quality is terrible. I've changed the settings on both the images and the Sprocket app. It just comes out dark with super light patches. It also comes out looking "dull" with a blue tint. I'm going to stick to my InStax until HP makes some changes.

This device gives me a very difficult time to print anything. It won't print photos, sometimes it won't connect to my blue tooth. I have tried Uninstalling the app and starting over, resetting it, but it spits out blank paper. It's an absolute waste of money. Can't use it at all. $100 down the toilet. Do not buy this device. It doesn't work and the app is garbage! Save your money!
