This app is great to get stronger! Note for beginners: none of these apps start at zero pullups. This one starts at 2. If you can't do 2, just start at the beginning and do reverse pullups. (google them for more info). Then test yourself every 2 weeks to see if you can do 2 real pullups. Once you can do 2 real pullups , reset the app and start over but this time do real pullups. Repeat as necessary.

Probably the best Pull up program app around here. Even tho you need to pay for the full program (very cheap) the progressions are completely realistic and straightforward. The developer really put thought into them. I'm on the 5 week now, and from barely doing 2 pullups, I as able to do 5 today without any cheating, momentum or bs form. 5 strict, clean and full range of motion pull ups.

It is ok but... it needs to show a way to exit the app or at least get back to the home screen at all times and it should be adjusted so that people cannot do a single pull up can start the program. In my opinion. Otherwise it is okay.
