I rather like the website, but I find the app harder to search and designed to incentivize impulse purchases rather than planned searches. This is particularly evident when it comes to discounts being put in your face as you shop. Sometimes it feels a little Las Vegas-like. This is better for the website revenue, but not as good for the customer and muddies the shopping experience. That being said, though both could use improvement in both search and filtering, I will continue to shop:)

Currently having shipping? Problems. App is OK but prices after a search are useless, vendors will list an accessory and its price rather than the price of the item. Let's say you search for an MP3 player, the results will be some players but also the USB cable for a player at what would be a cheap price for the actual player. It pretty much wastes your time, and gives bad vendors more exposure than honest merchants. Right now, none of that matters if you see the products get returned.

Been using this site for years, but the recent UI update is terrible. They've replaced the number showing how many of an item is left when in your cart on low stock items instead showing "Almost sold out" on item with about less than 10 left. Meaning you need to go to the store page for any useful information. Also the recent update to tracking makes it impossible to get updated shipping numbers so I can't track orders once they make it to the US. Just bad update after bad update these days.
