I love it. I use it daily and have gotten others to buy it. Some changes though: 1. I wish I could add gifs for exercises I want to add instead of only pictures. 2. I also wish there were more options under muscles and equipment. Like resistance cord, step, cardio, dance...so on. 3. I wish we could change individual rest times inbetween each exercise. Some don't need 30 seconds, while others do. But you can only change it per workout, not per exercise.

Great, straightforward work out app. Each workout had it's own app as well, but this app is more polished and, in my experience, works better. Good reminders, easy to customize, and very easy to use. It has instructions for each workout. They're alright, but I went elsewhere for clearer guidance on proper form. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

Easier than other training apps making it easier to actually achieve my goals, it's easy to come up with excuses but this doesn't give much room for for excuses. Also to others trying to slim don't go for the heavy sets imideatly, it burnsssss. Great app, definitely doing 2 sets of medium instead of one heavy though. Still great app.
