really helpful so far. you can choose difficulty level that's perfect for you. exercises are not too long, so whole workout isn't take much time, much less than in a gym. and you don't need any special equipment for any exercise. dark mode is super useful. I don't think I've seen it in any other apps. overall app runs fast, no lags or crashes. ads are OK. you workout offline as well. Great app, thanks!

After suffering from multiple injuries and having to stay away from what I love doing the most (calisthenics) I decided to use my month off to correct my posture and improve my mobility. There's SO MUCH info out there about mobility that it's nearly impossible to keep up with. This app is perfect. Beginner through advanced movements all layed out for anyone to follow. You even have the thoracic rotation in there which, I learned recently, is critical for good posture and mobility. Thank you!

I enjoy this app, its set up in a simplistic manner which makes it easy to use. The duration time for stretches are just right for each phase. Its nice that there is a calendar to keep track of your progress. Not too sure is calories burned is correct since every person is different, but still a good motivation tool. Morning, Afternoon and Evening is a plus as is multiple other categories .
