The app and the performance has gotten dumber and dumber over time. Often requires 3 or 4 tries before connecting. It got better for a while, but is now worse than ever. It fails to connect to the app and often even rebooting doesn't help. However, it does complete scheduled jobs even though not connected to the app; when this happens, it often does not record the job in history. Not a wifi issue. All other apps work fine. Get it together!

I think it is more the vacuum itself that doesn't work that great. The mapping is terrible and the battery doesn't last very long so it often can't finish a job at one time because it is inefficient and wonders around too much looking for where it is supposed to go. The app sometimes takes a while when it is saving or something and won't let you do anything.

Horrible can't maintain connection. We have had our unit for a couple of years, and today, it has NO clue how to connect. I've been through the setup procedure so many times I can recite them! Nothing has changed on my end. Same wifi, same unit, same house, same unit location, same upload/download speeds! Hmmm, you tell me why this unit no longer has enough smarts to connect I will not purchase another unit. This experience has/is not worth it.
